Galvanized Steel Wire & Strand
Spring Application
Our precoated wire applied for automobile, appliance, and precision machinery application.
Delta Wire
Our pre-coated wires are manufactured by using highly advanced coating and drawing technology to apply for spring and forming process uses. In our Delta Wire brand, we provide superior wires on processing productivity, corrosion protection and bright surface, which will contribute to customer's cost reduction in post-plating process.
In order to meet varied requirement for automobile, appliance, precision machinery and agricultural application, our brand selection includes Delta-AZ, zinc-aluminum coated steel wire, which enable anti-corrosion capability doubled or more comparing with only zinc coated steel wire.
Characteristcs of Delta Wire
- Excellent corrosion resistance
- Excellent workability
- Cost performance (Post-plating omitted)
- Excellent fatigue resistance (hydrogen embrittlement free)
- Ecology (chromate free)
Product application for Delta Wire
- Variety of Spring (Spring for automotive use, appliances use, and precision machinery use)
